I purchased 8 rolls of new 2008 Canada cents and found 12 coins that contained die chips in the word "REGINA" in the letters "R" and "G". Anyone else come across this?

I picked up a few rolls of new 2008 cents to hunt through and found approx. 25 with a problem with the lamination.
