Unless you are talking about 1974, I see no numbers, only a coin that has been in acid or coated with it. Or possibly, left in Coca-Cola for weeks. The surface would be the same

From the photo, yes, it looks like a fat 4. I'd say it's XF-40 and a nice coin.

Not doubled. It's a tired worn die and it's called die deterioration doubling.

To me, it looks like die deterioration, but a beautiful coin.

It's not a "dot". It's in the wrong place and wrong size.
