Re: 1980 Double Clip

I noticed that when I checked the clipped list. It seems quality control was a major problem during that era. I don't as a habit look for errors, this came to me from a Rommoli game last year. Finally got around to checking out the winnings.

Re: RCM Proof Set Holders

Tks. Coinguy. Noticed the slots before but was uneasy about trying. Worked well and I did not see any damage. Found that my 1986-1988 sets did not have the slot but was able to get my finger nails under the frame which came up pretty easily. Got much better scans of the coins in the sleeves. Once ag...

Re: OK people, let's start promoting this website

Can't remember when I joined this site, but it has been my "go to" for searching for answers and when researching my finds. I use this site extensively when I get time to sit down and update by db. But I have to admit that I surf the forum quite a bit, but when I can't get a google answer ...

RCM Proof Set Holders

I have RCM proof sets from 1988-1993 and am trying to figure out how to remove the sleeve without destroying the binding edge. I am trying to scan the sleeves and am finding it awkward while they are still in the the binding.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

2015 Special Edition Uncirculated Set - Error

http://www.coinsandcanada.com/forum/class/test/img009_1.jpeg Received this in the mail today (8 Dec2015) I did not notice anything wrong but my wife did. There are two uncoloured flag quarters, one of them should be an uncoloured poppy quarter. Have you had any reports of others getting error sets.

Re: 1919 Canadian Penny - MS63

Thanks for the input Bill really appreciate it, I will stay away from any more of his listing. I don't need a 1919 but on the look out for a VF 1907H or just 1907. He originally had it at 750.00, sent him an email asking if it was a type O. This was the reply I got. "Hi thank you for pointing t...

1919 Canadian Penny - MS63

Would anyone care to check out the link and let me know if this is what he says it is. I know the price is excessive, even your trending puts it at approx 60.00 if a true MS63.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Re: 1943 Penny (CUD?)

I think it was your penny that made me look at mine a little closer. Going to play with the camera and scanner today, see if I get a clearer picture. I can then also add the picture to my db.
