I would lean more towards a die crack. I have a US cent struck through and I can with certainty it isnt that lol

Hi,
Is this a die clash? It looks as though it is the entire back of his head? From the bottom straight to the top? I know my pictures are not the clearest. I cannot seem to get any better pictures.
