No, an Obv 2 is identified by the crown tip impinging on the bead and the neck truncation where it comes to a point. If it is between the beads above and to the left of the C in Canada, it's a 2. An Obv 2 also has a dip or crease in the neck/throat. An Obv 1 will be fully rounded with no "dimp...
