Re: Signature Change-overs (PREFIXES to look out for)
Hi Nota_phil,
Great summary on the signature change-overs. Thanks for keeping this updated.
I think the 2013 FIVE signature change-overs for Macklem-Poloz and Wilkins-Poloz is HCM not HMC.

Need help with this 1997 cent
I found this odd 1997 cent, coin roll hunting.
It is slightly larger than a normal cent at just over 20mm, it weighs 2.24g which is about normal and is slightly thicker than normal. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

1921-2021 with "Fish Hook"
I found this "Fish Hook" feature on the 1921-2021 dime. I went through a mint box and ended up with two rolls of this feature in the exact same location. It has positive relief and is located by the El of Elizabeth. Does anyone have thoughts as to what could cause this? I'm thinking it must be somet...

1965 Large Bead
I had almost given up hope of finding a 1965 large bead and tonight I finally found one coin roll hunting a box I got from my bank this week. I had to count the beads to make sure!
It's not in perfect condition but I am happy to finally fill that hole in my collection.

2023 Indigenous Colour, Filled Die
This 2023 Indigenous Colour coin has a filled die on the right security Maple Leaf.
The second photo shows the filled die coin on top and a normal coin on the bottom. The top of the inner maple leaf is gone as well as some of the micro-engraving of the outer maple leaf.

Re: $20 Prefix AIW with serif??
Oops, I found my answer on the website.
However, do all the I's with serifs denote a replacement? I have an EIM0770476 with serif that isn't flagged on the website.

$20 Prefix AIW with serif??
Today I got $1000 of uncirculated bird notes ($5's, $20's and $50's) from my bank and when I checked this website for serial numbers a set of 8 notes with the prefix AIW with serif? came up. I am new to banknote collecting and was looking for more information on "with serif" and if my notes have it....
