I have a ICCS grade MS-63 1939 Canadian dollar that I bought from a dealer which has a deformed looking 'HP' and looks like the top left portion of the H is missing,plus looks like a double stamp on both the H and P.....did ICCS miss this,or was it not important enough? Thanks,HB
