Hi: What in your opinion is the best book to purchase regarding grading...I already have the Charlton Volume 1 2013 67th edition,but I would like a book on what to look for on a particular coin as to what wears first and what key features to look for. Thanks,Hot Brass

Just wondering how much dealers are paying for scrap silver....is it so much under spot price,maybe $2.00 or such much a gram?. let's say I buy a bag of pre-1967 silver coins for $300.00,how much would a dealer pay for it if I were to sell?Thanks,Hot Brass

*EDIT* After some searching,they only made 18,780 of the 1948 dollar,so that's one that's rare!?

I have an 1870 Canadian ten cent coin that has the third digit unreadable,but after referring to my coin book,this coin seems to have the identifiers as being an 1870.
