Thanks bill. I’ll hold off. I wasn’t going to crack it out of the case. ICCS is tough when it goes to cross grading from NGC. I’ve sent them coins that were 58 and came back 40 or 45. Big difference in price.
I bought the 1859 in auction. Heritage auctions.

Holders aren’t always right. Bought a lot of coins graded by ICCS ,NGC and PCGS that weren’t properly identified. I found blunder I in several 1858 20 cents I found several double punch numbers and Swl and even an Arnprior. There is someone on eBay that is selling a Swl 1957 that’s the same as mine....

This is a 1957 Canada silver Dollar pl67.
Is this a SWL variety or is this classified as 1 wl seeing that there is only 1 perfect water line touching the canoe.

The number 8 and 5 in 1859 look repunched and it looks like a repunched 9 but not sure which narrow repunched 9 it belongs too.

Not sure why you need pictures. Coins are graded and certified by iccs as 6/6. My question is why when I look at the prices of these coins they are marked as being worth less than a normal 1886

I have a 1886 small 6 over 6 AU-55 and a 1886 large 6 over 6 AU 50. They were both AU-58 graded by NGC but ICCS down graded them. Coins and Canada is listing them as being worth less than a regular 1886 small 6 or a 1886 large 6 and Charlton 74th edition doesn't have them listed in the book. Are the...
