Re: 1975 with doubling on obverse

Agree with Bill, that is Machine Doubling, one of the worthless types of doubling.

Re: Is this an inverted American quarter?

That is the new style Obverse for US American Women quarters as of 2022.
Google US American Women’s quarters to see the series.

Re: AMERICAN 1965 QUARTERS 1 Black Beauty 1 Regular

A black beauty is a 1957 Jefferson nickel that was improperly annealed.
What you have is a quarter that has toned black. The other is just a regular circulated quarter.
Sorry to say but there is no numismatic value to either one.

That is what is called a “ Roadkill coin”.
Nothing there but damage.

Re: 1984 amarican double ear penny error

Not a Doubled Ear, just a damaged cent all around.
Also a Doubled Ear is a variety, not an error.

Please post pictures.
Not everyone is going to open an attachment and not everyone is on Google.
Also take it out of the 2x2 if you are showing pictures.

Good find.
Always nice to find silver coins, especially older ones.

Re: 1$ 1987 Multiple errors

It is only an error if it happens during the actual striking of the planchet.
Anything that happens after that is damage. What you have could not have
happened at that that time so by default it is damage. It is impossible to say
exactly where this happened.

Re: Zinc bubble????

1999 was copper plated zinc so that would make it a zinc bubble.

Re: 1$ 1987 Multiple errors

That hole is just minor damage.
Most small anomolies are just damage as opposed to an error.

Re: Zinc bubble????

Depends on what year it is.
You should always put the year in your heading.

Re: 1$ 1987 Multiple errors

Welcome to Coins and Canada
Please explain what you see as an error. All I see is a well circulated 1987 Loonie.
Also always show both sides of the coin when posting. You have 5 of the reverse
and none of the obverse.

Re: 1979 US penny

That is known as a broken post. Not really an error, it is part of the minting process.
Quite common on D and P mintmarks and adds no value.
Nice photography and cropping, just what we need when evaluating coins.

Re: 1927 Canadian Confederation Coin. Flaw or Damage

It’s damage.
There is no way that could have happened when it was struck.
Maybe someone was trying to drill a hole in it.

Hard to tell whether it is a crack or a die chip but it doesn’t make much difference.
