The close-up is pretty shakey but you can just see that the die breaks two ways and rejoins again at the C ... a three piece die. How would you grade this coin? Circulated, but I think it looks more worn on the reverse than it is because it being a weak strike or old die. The dirt in a few denticals...

Correction to my last: die erosion from 8 to 12 o'clock, no die clash below 1 (lumpy surface but it doesn't exactly correspond to the obverse), small die chip(s) above C in CANADA.

Finally, a coin produced from a die near the end of its life cycle. Die clash, chips, dots, cracks and all-round surface damage probably caused by fatigue failure.
