American penny mint marks
I have com across two 1954 s american pennies with the mint mark S . One is touching the 5 at the tail of the five where the five curves up , the other one is below and underneath the five . Is this common in american pennies with mint marks .

Buy a book called Charlton standard catologue for canadian coins and most are listed with mintage numbers.

I am new to this site and am wondering how one tells if a coin is missing chrome or not . If anyone could tell me where i might find a photo , i would appreciate this ? When coins are in roll state the edges on some are completly different in colour from others , not sure if this means anything . Th...
