Re: New Canadian 50's
I did save 4 $50 consecutive notes issue of 2004 printed in 2008.They are in choice or gem uncirculated (not an expert at grading). If you are buying they are choice if you are selling they are gem.LOL. The book value is $60 which I doubt I would get selling them. They are Jenkins-Carney FMM Cat No BC...

Canada History through Medals
Anyone knows about these? It consists of 2 blue padded books containing 30 medals and one cardbox box containing the story pages.Looks like the obverses have dominant figures through the years with written statements on the reverse . I would be interested to learn more about these medals.TIA

Re: What would you bid on this for---
The die rotation is interesting at about 30 degres .Too bad about the damages on both the obverse and reverse.Would have to have the coin in hand to see for any variety but it looks like a $4.00 coin from the pictures. I do not know who listed the coin not knowing the country of origine when it it w...

Re: Silver loonie
I agree with Bill, this is not a silver loonie. The first silver piece was issued in 2004 and the only one with the yellow color is the 2012 War of 1812 premium proof set which was gold plated. At $125 , I doubt you would find it in pocket change in such a shape. .

Re: 1979 one cent rotated 15 degrees and clipped?
Hi adam07,
the 1960's and 1970's were very prolific for errors. There are many clips known but less rotated dies.It would be nice to see a picture of your coin to place a grade on it.Nice error.

You can buy those dates in MS on Ebay for a lot less than the price of sending yours in to be certified at a lower grade.Looks like you would need some MS-65 to get your money's worth
