You don’t need to do anything but spend it.
There is no extra value to it. A stain is considered damage and the alignment is OK.

Re: One dollar bills encased in lucite
I can't see any value over $100.00. They have no value being encased and by the time and effort it
would take to the remove the lucite, they would probably all be damaged and worth $1.00 each.
Just my opinion.

Please explain what you see as an error so that we are not guessing.
All I see is a quarter that has been stained.

Can you supply the weight to two decimal points?
A tapered planchet should weigh less than 3.11g.

Lack of full rim on reverse indicates that it has been removed.

Re: Help with 1973 $1 bills
That is the Crow Bouey 3 letter prefix. There were over 1 BILLION printed in that series.
If uncirculated, depending on the grade, they would be worth $2-3.00 each.
Consecutive numbers on modern bills usually don’t command a premium.

Re: 1957 bug tail
As I stated previously, there is no PL bugtail. The bugtail is caused by a die chip on that one
business strike die and would not appear on a PL coin. Save your time by searching for one.

Re: 1964 dot over 9
Agree with everything Bill stated.
A die chip is a common occurrence and is part of the minting process.
I don’t know why they are referred to as a variety, someone calls it
rare or gives it a fancy name and all of a sudden it becomes a variety.

There is no such coin as a 1957 PL bugtail but if there was,

Re: 2012 Canada $2 HMS Shannon; Extra Sail
It is just one of the varieties of the Shannon dollar, not uncommon and certainly not worth the cost of grading.
Don’t forget, that would be on the striking die so that however many coins that die struck, that’s how many the same as that there would be out there.

Welcome to Coins and Canada
Looks like there is something on it. Soak in acetone for 24 hrs and see if it comes off.
One thing for is that it is not an error, this happened after it left the mint.
