Re: 1 Dollar Silver USA Morgan's anyone?

I’m sure there are others but the biggest I believe is Calgary Coin Gallery.
Being from Ontario, I’m not familiar with any others.

Re: 1 Dollar Silver USA Morgan's anyone?

There are other accepted graders as well such as ANACS, ICG, CCCS and ICCS. As far as selling them , it depends on where you want to sell them . You can’t sell them on eBay as they are not an accepted grader but you can sell to a coin shop, individuals , etc. as it would then be there responsibility...

Re: 1 Dollar Silver USA Morgan's anyone?

@coinguy - I understand that the grading may very well be over graded by some degree but there surely must be some good value here? There is still value, what I am saying is that they are probably all overgraded which third party slabbers tend to do and one is even misatributed. The 1880S PL MS65+ ...

Re: Grading Assessment USA Penny 1982

First, it is not an error coin. 1982 was a transition year so the first of the year all coins were copper
until they switched over to copper plated zinc coins. There would be millions of each minted.
I would grade yours at AU 50.

Re: 1 Dollar Silver USA Morgan’s anyone?

All of those graders are known as 3rd tier graders so don’t put too much stock in the grades.
Also unless it is the photo, at least one looks counterfeit.
Could you please take a closeup of the PCI MS 66 dollar.

Re: 2021 specimen quarter.

If it is only on one side, it is called a Misaligned Die.
There has to be part of the lettering or numbers missing to have any value.
Really need a picture to say for sure.

Re: 1967 Canadian 10 cent Mackerel taking a dive.

Not really out of alignment enough to add any value.
Should be at least 90 degrees and preferably 180 degrees to add value.
The best way to show both sides on a photo is in front of a mirror
where you can see both sides at once.

Not an error.
Looks like a small die chip. Not unusual and adds
no value but keep as an example if you like.

Re: 1967 Silver Coloured Non-Magnetic Penny

Weighing it to two decimal points would probably help to see if it is silver or not.
Silver is heavier and it should weigh more than a regular cent.

Welcome to the Forum

That would be an aftemarket plated cent, probably nickel.
Technically it is now an altered coin

You don’t need to do anything but spend it.
There is no extra value to it. A stain is considered damage and the alignment is OK.

Re: One dollar bills encased in lucite

I can't see any value over $100.00. They have no value being encased and by the time and effort it
would take to the remove the lucite, they would probably all be damaged and worth $1.00 each.
Just my opinion.

Please explain what you see as an error so that we are not guessing.
All I see is a quarter that has been stained.
