1949 cdn dollar coin denticles
1949 cdn dollar coin denticles
I have two 1949 canadian silver dollar coins. One coin has elongated denticles on the obverse side (I call it ship side) and the other coin has small round beads on the obverse side. Is there a difference in value ? and are small beads more rare ?

If it is on the ship side, that is the Reverse. The Obverse has the queens bust on it.
Can you show a picture, there should be no beads on a 1949 Silver Dollar. As far as I know, they
didn't start using beads instead of denticles until 1965.
