Is this an inverted American quarter?

Post by Windsorcoinguy » Thu Jan 11, 2024 9:26 pm

I found this 2022p Wilma Mankiller quarter in change. I checked eBay and this quarter doesn’t look like this. Any thoughts?

This is normal for US coins.

I doubt it. There was nothing like this on the U.S. mint page.

That is the new style Obverse for US American Women quarters as of 2022.
Google US American Women’s quarters to see the series.

I beg to differ. Firstly, it’s 2022 series. I checked U.S. mint.gov site and it shows nothing like this. I will take it into my coin dealer to compare.

As "coinguy" says, go to the site, not Ebay:

You are right coinguy et al. I took it into Jerry at G&G Jewelry here in Windsor. Indeed it is a new style obverse coin Not an error. Sorry for doubting everyone here. You think by now I’d know better.
