PCGS expends PL proof like designation to all deniminations
https://youtu.be/96fsnW3jvyowhy not use cameo designatiin instead since the coins where released for circulation?

Thanks. I posted the link to PCGS onto another coin site. I wonder if their designations will be applicable to foreign coins as well.
