Could be saudi arabia
On the bottom-1 group of photos the date is located at the bottom the coin, last 3 digits reading left to right.
Top left 400 = 1981
Top right 397 = 1978
Bottom left 397 = 1978
Bottom right 396 = 1977
Denomination is halala

Try the Google identifier on your phone or tablet, it will tell you everything you need tor just about anything you take a photo of....have fun !

You could also use Numista by hitting the IMAGE icon to the right of the >+Add filters< icon.
Numista is a very useful site where you can also catalogue your collection, swap & participate in a fairly active World coin forum. You must register to participate but you can ID coins without registering (just crop each coin image) & then learn what you have. They also have a banknote & exonumia section.
