(To the right a normal coin for comparison)

Here's another photos but under best lighting:

On the obverse, you can see the ghosting effect of maple twig.

Hello !

The photos have disappeared. I will reinstate them.

I compared the two-piece slices, a normal coin and the 1 cent 1993 Cap die:
ImageIn top: 1 cent 1993 Cap die; in bottom: normal coin.
ImageIn top: normal coin; in bottom: 1 cent 1993 Cap die.`

Numicanada (Coinsandcanada) says $ 600 but, I want to know the exact value of this defect.

Thanks !

Doesn't look like a Die cap to me.

Look at the lighting on both coins, the coin of 1 cent 1993 is bulging on the reverse:

An error expert (who doesn't come to the site)says that it's postmint damage.

What does "post-mint" mean?

Post-mint means that it left the Mint in good shape and then someone manually changed it in his basement or garage.

As Bill stated
Post mint damage.
It was done after it left the mint.

This is not a spooned coin, because the rim is not wrapped by spoon. Otherwise we would see the piece slightly smaller than usual.
