1 c 1981 brockage

I found this penny, its a 1981 penny with quite the substantial error and would like some idea how much it might be worth

Can't tell anything from that photo.
Anything other than photo of coin is not required.
Please take a larger clear photo of Obverse and Reverse,
preferably flat on a table with plain white or gray background.

It doesn't look like a brockage or strike through. Is the top part of the coin recessed, because it's not linear. Without better photo, I'd say it was a lamination separation from the planchet (part of the coin missing).

Problem is I cant.
I dont have a cell phone or camera (dont even have the internet at home for that matter). And cameras on computers, at least the one I used, seem terrible at taking clear images. I tried to use photoshop to clear it up with no success
I looked up this type of error online and it looks exactly what they call a partial brockage error

(For that matter too, I tried to crop it to get rid of my face in the photo, I didnt want it there it just make the coin image look worse......)
