Canadian 1 cent coin

Hi all
I have a Canadian 1 cent coin that has been damaged somehow, and I hope I can get an answer about what may have happened. The coin seems to be a 1963? 1 cent coin, but it looks like it has be crushed somehow. I will post some photos and hopefully someone can help me out.

Looks like a dryer coin. Check out this long thread with lots of photos, as more dryer coins got posted.

Thank you Bill. I have never heard of these coins, but it looks like what I have. I guess I 'll have to keep looking for that rare coin. lol.
