1962 Double 962

I have posted this 1962 1¢ here before. I need information on the obverse that is either a die crack or struck through wire. It also seems to have at least 2 die chips. Any help is appreciated.

Looks to me like it may be a small Lamination. A die crack would be raised.

I agree, not a D/C. You also have a clash.
