HELP!!! 1997 penny 90 degree rotation.

Today i found a 1997 one cent rotated approx 90degress. May i have opinions on grade and what value you may think its worth please. thank you

That is more like 45° than 90°. If the Reverse was lined up properly, the Obverse would rotate down a bit.
Most people who collect rotated coins want them to be 180° with a minimum of 90°. You still might be able to get
a bit of a premium from someone.
Can't really grade as pictures are too small. If you crop them, that would help Lto enlarge them.

What ever the value of the coin, nice find. I have to give anyone credit for noticing those small details in a coins.
