1947 Canadian error. King George with Elvis hair

I found this coin roughly 40 years ago in my grandfathers penny jar. Any thoughts on it?

split planchet, with a piece of the missing chipped metal struck into the hair. A neat coin ,,, maybe George got a hair transplant

Agree with Bill.
The "E" has just taken a hit that has moved the metal over, not an error.
