From am original roll, the reverse has die breaks running from C in Canada to 9, and then from 9 to 1 and from 9 to leaf. You also have a light die break C in cent to E and then E to N.
You will note in the pictures, I shot two with natural light and 2 with LED to highlight the errors.

I have the same crack error running from the 1 to the 9 and then to the C as you do. Looked online but didnt find anything on it other than you posting the same error.
