1882 H with triple punched D in Canada

I have been going through some of the Vickies that I put away years ago and taking some new photos. I have been posting a few of the ones I find interesting and I think this one qualifies.
There are many repunched letters on these, but this one caught my attention because even after at least 2 tries to fix this D it is still open at the bottom.

Well, let's just say that heaton had some tough years trying to make good dies correctly and then trying to repair them.
