Rick, what is the weight of your coin, and also what is the thickness?
I have one of these as well; it weighs 4.64 grams (normal), but it is slightly (10%) thinner than a normal 1998 5 cent piece. It has a copper look to it, not nickle.
I feel that it could have missed the nickle plating step, except that this coin is supposed to be an cupro-nickel alloy (75% copper, 25% nickel); not plated.

Here it is, if it loaded OK.
I can't accurately measure mine either, I just compared it to a regular 1998 5 cent coin.

This is how you add images, see that blue colored message, right below the word " Quote " and " Code " click on it, another window will open, " click " on browse, file upload should appear, double click the image you want to load, then click add image, its should show up in, large size, and small size, click on the size you want, once it turns blue, make sure your courser, is in the space bar, right click, hit copy, then go to page, and hit paste, your image should show up, good luck !!!
