What would you call this kind of variety ?
there is so much going on, extra leaf doubling ect

If your referring to that line showing next to the middle leaf, It's not a variety and can't be doubling.
Hard to tell from that photo with the lighting but it looks incuse which would make it a scratch.
Not sure what else your seeing when you say "there is so much going on".

It looks like a leaf to me, i guess its old age my sight must be going lol
