Good day.

I have a 1960 dime with what appears to be a debris circle on the reverse, The obverse shows no sign of the pressure required to make the indentation on the reverse suggesting that it it is in fact from the mint. Can you please help verify the error for me. Thanks.

Is the black circle something that you did with a pen? I don't understand or see where the minted "zero" came from or it the light colored oval inside the black?

If that black circle is incuse, it is possible that it is a Struck Through
which would be a minor error.

Looks like a counter stamp to me. Will be interesting to hear what other thoughts are out there.

There appears to be percussive damage on the obverse. That's a sign of PMD.
