Is this an error coin???

I recently was going thru my coins and took a closer look at a proof 1981 quarter that I had removed from a sealed proof set. The coin appears to be off center a bit, with a wider edge on the bottom, and the beads on the top much closer to the edge of the coin. I was surprised to see this in a proof set, and am wondering if this coin has any value beyond the basic coin value for these. I took a few photos, the problem doesn't show up too well, but it's definitely there? I'm just an amateur collector, don't sell coins, advice would be appreciated.

Could be a misaligned die, but too small to add a significant value to the coin.

Appreciate that, it was too funny reading the certificate how these are their finest, but it's a nice coin and will find it's place in my collection. Thanks for the reply. :D
