The pic looks like a hair, but it isn't it is indeed raised metal.
It seems as though the majority of my pics are too large. which really sucks lol

Raised metal like that usually means a die crack or a retained strike through.

I would lean more towards a die crack. I have a US cent struck through and I can with certainty it isnt that lol
