This coin looks to have details from different known die varieties? Would it be a new variety or is it one of the known varieties?

Looks like the Repunched A variety to me.
Iā€™m sure if there are any new varieties, they would have been discovered in the last 150 years.
What are you seeing that leads you to believe it is a new variety?

But the S in CENTS is also doubled

You never mentioned the S on the reverse, that would have nothing to do with the A on the obverse.
Hard to tell from that photo, a closeup such as you showed with the A would help but from what I can
see, it looks more like damage than doubling.

I can see some Mechanical/machine doubling (MD) on some of the letters, but that's not really repunched type doubling. Once the die is tightened back into the holder, the letters would be OK. They have been known for years, starting with Zoell. Very smal premium on CaC, but not a collectible psuedo-variety.
