New 2006 dollar variation

So I got 2 2006 1 dollars one day and something seemed slightly off to my eyes.
So when I got home I decided to make some mesurements. Just guess what I found? Hint: look at the northernmost dot by the rim in comparison to the rim.

See it yet?
The more faded 2006 loonie has a mesurement of ~0.1cm between the dot and rim
Meanwhile the less faded loonie has a noticeably large dot for the northernmost dot; and the mesurement between the dot and rim on this dollar?
~0.05cm

Pictures are sideways, look at the northermost dot in relation to the coin orientation being proper.

Or just look at the westermost dot in relation to the NA of Canada

I still have no idea what is being referenced here. Are you talking about the distance between the bead and the rim? And I still have no idea how to ascertain what is the Northernmost or Westernmost Are you talking about the beads that are 180 degrees to the "notch" at one of the 12 sides?

I've been meaning to chime in on this for a few weeks now with some "research" on this coin, but I admit I have been too lazy to look for it and couldn't find the info this a.m. to confirm which coin is which.
My understanding is the proof-like Loonies minted from 2004-2010 (possibly earlier) can be identified by the spacing of the dots where there are angles on the coin. One type is closer than the other, meaning you are the proud owner of an extremely circulated proof-like coin and circulation coin.

Wait what? Also I mean the beads in reference to the edge rim(the leftern most bead of these coins) one is larger than the other, meanwhile the other is normal.

To find the bead look at the pictures sideways so that the coin orientation is correct if you were to be holding it, then look at the highest dot on the coin, above the NA of Canada (the dots by the edge) and do the same on each, you should be able to see that one has a noticably larger dot than the other.
