Can someone tell me the rev numbers. I have a rev-005 what is this and rev-002 on another coin. Can’t find where it indicates what they mean

Those indicate the variety of the Reverse.
Obv.- 00X would indicate the variety of the Obverse.

Correct. Rev.- 005 is the 4/4 variety.
