Hello everyone. Found an old box of my grandfather's coin collecting stuff (posted in the coin forum). In the box I found two envelopes that look like they are from a convention in 1961 that contain an explanatory letter and some test notes. It's pretty interesting. Did a quick search and wasn't able to come up with anything. Anyone know anything about these?
