How much would you ask for this note?

Normally it is easy to price banknotes but I cannot find many precedents for similar bills to this one.

I'm also wondering how problematic the bottom left corner is (looking at the back of the note).

Nice looking Note , I'm no expert and dont want to miss lead you but I would say it hold a fair premium Value. If you look in the Charlton Standard Catalogue Canadian Goverment Paper Money , Bird series $20 with Radar one digit solid number, Book value at $1200.00. You would want to have it looked at for grading and then of course find someone that wants it that much. :D

Thanks! I didn't realize that Charlton had values for solid banknotes, I am going to need to finally order that book ASAP.
