Polymer note graded G-4, can it go lower?

Sent this for the lols along with a bulk order. Didn't expect it to grade so high lol.

Do they have lowball sets for currency like they do with coins?
This would be a perfect candidate.

That looks a lot like the condition of 90% of the 2013 $10 Macdonald notes I withdrew while in search of new Desmond notes. Finally, about a year ago, they started to cull the old series in favour of the new.
Do they have lowball sets for currency like they do with coins?
This would be a perfect candidate.
