1954 devil face radar note

Fairly new to collecting. . Is this a radar note and what is its value?

First of all, It's not a radar note.
Secondly, It's hard to grade a note from a picture,
but from what I see, I would say it is some where between
Fine and Extra Fine.
As there was 10 million printed with that prefix (CA),
the value would probably be between $10-$15.00.

A radar note would have mirrored first half and second half of serial number. If your bill were a radar, the number would be similar to "5511155" or some other number variation.

This banknote is not radar note. Its value not so expensive, I see similar for approximately $15.
