New 2012 20$ Miss-cut
New 2012 20$ Miss-cut
I have a 2012 20$ and it has been miss cut. What price percentage depending on grade would you add? Also since it's a new bill using today's technology, would miss cuts be more rare than in the pass and would that bring the value up?

Re: New 2012 20$ Miss-cut
I have never seen a miscut like this and don't know how it is possible.
The cutting blades are straight and do not have notches in them.
The problem with something like this is proving it was done at the
printers and not done by someone later.
Right now there are several "miscuts" on eBay for sale that are clearly done
after the fact by someone trying to sell them as errors.
I know that I certainly would not purchase it without some sort of proof
that it is actually a miscut.
This is just my opinion so perhaps someone else can add their thoughts.
