The Royal Canadian Mint has launched an ad before the holidays to promote the new $ 2 coin in circulation. This coin is intended to commemorate the boreal forest in northern Ontarion, Quebec and other provinces.
The problem raised by many naturalists is that advertising shows several specimens (owl, sycamores, ...) that are only present in the southern Canada.
The Royal Canadian Mint responds that it is serving as an artistic representation and the ad was not intended to be realistic.
