Description

Joseph leclerc, who died in the late 1950s, owned the bakery. He was mayor of St-Jérôme, Lac St-Jean from 1949 to 1954 and also owned a grocery store and mill. He lived where is now the funeral home Hébert & Desbiens on Rue de la Gare.

The tokens were used during difficult economic times.
