It's not worth getting cert'd, since it would cost more to get the cert than the coin would be worth. You asked about "repunched", but I think it's hub doubled and essentially the same thing. It's a fake camel-toe toonie, so it has a $2 value IF the merchant will accept it. It's worth nothing legally. The "die crack" that you have pointed out is part of the design. The bear is on a ledge or broken part of the ice. They are all like that.

It doesn't look like a cameltoe, like others that I've seen here around the T.O. area. As stated above, it is disclored by something, maybe a cleaning gone bad.
