I would say pointed bust but you should really show the whole coin
as there are other markers to distinguish the two.

is Machine Doubling, another worthless type of doubling.

Going on the assumption those marks are raised, then it would appear that there is damage to the
rim of the striking die. If this is the case, it would not be classed as an an error but a variety and

That is called zinc rot, seen it many times.
The copper plating has been compromised exposing the zinc core
which starts to rot when exposed to air. Might as well get rid of it
