1999 Foreign Planchet

Here is my 1999 Canada one cent, on a foreign planchet. This coin has been struck on a 0.78 gram Guatemala centavo aluminum planchet.

Wellesley bakery token

"good for one half loaf bread"
It's octagonal, aluminum, weighs 1.37 gm and is 22 mm across.
Is this from a Toronto ON bakery on Wellesley or is it from the bakery of the same name in MA, just west of Boston, USA?

1952 - 1977 Silver Jubilee

Commemorative medal, Canada 38 mm 24.45 gm, definite silver content (based on rare earth magnet test).
Does anyone know the source of this one and the silver content?
