I would not take it out of the mint package that would drop the value or premium if a mint error

Re: 1973 Quarters?
Sorry to say Jay, I think they are all small bust, I'm not sure but the rotation is slight and I don't think it would demand a premium.

PCGS will charge you $25.00 to break open slabs plus $35.00 for grading and postage both ways.
Another note about Anacs, I have never ever come close to their grades I wouldn't hold my breath to get MS-67 from any other grading Company

Personally I would spend the money to get them certified by a well known grading company and enter them in a top Canadian Auction house

Re: BCS vs CCCS vs PMG vs PCGS
If you live in Canada I would use the Canadian grading Companies I think they would be cheaper. I use PCGS True View hard slabs for coins it costs around $75.00 - $100.00 each with shipping both ways depending on how many coins a person sends in at a time. It would be cheaper for me to use CCCS hard...

I think you have both round + pointed are they cross or cross bow tie?
The 1909 ML (round) C/B is worth a little money even in VG-8 $250.00 in the Charlton Catalogue.
