Re: Closest PCGS grading service to Calgary

coinguy; I know PCGS advertise that they have Canadian outlets to take your coins to and go through them, but all the ones I talked to said it was to much of a hassle and don't do it in Western Canada. I use Xpresspost with signature for tracking out of BC.

Re: 1886 small and large 6

I guess I missed what denomination you were talking about. pictures help decide your variety with markers and die cracks that's all gives a better idea of what your referring to.

Re: More evidence of inept TPG - NGC

NGC is not my preferred grading Company for Canadian coins there are lots out graded wrong and many cleaned coins with no mention. Not sure how they grade US coins or other Countries but for Canadian coins no thanks

Re: 1882 H Obv. 1 double die variation

Sammeli is correct this coin is one of the 2 over 1 type coins its not listed in any coin trends and wont get a DDO from any grading companies, but is just as hard if not harder to find than the 2/1 DDO its a keeper. The marker for this coin is the double denticles from the second A in Canada to the...

Re: Does PGCS grade Canadian varieties?

I consider this a low risk for online buying and selling with my ex...
