Re: 1985 Experimental hard case from Mint

Many people believe they have an error coin, and as many on this site correctly point out, it did not leave the mint that way. It is usually post mint damage. The mint is not infallible though and have had many issues in the past, plating issues, die clashes, clipped planchets, etc. Being that this ...

Re: 1985 Experimental hard case from Mint

Came across this at colonialcoins. The nickel appears to have the same marks as yours but not the cent.
Not a great picture.
Was $60, is on sale for $45

Re: Token

It is a rcm token from a 2001 1 cent to 2 dollar coin set with flags on the packaging.
It is listed on the numista site. It does not list a value though.

Re: Coin flips

Re: 2018 Viola Desmond $10.00 specimen bill

I believe specimen notes do not usually have signatures or serial # as they are not legal currency.
Troubadour is correct. There is a picture of your bill with the same serial # on the link he gave.

Cool, how many years have you been at it?
Looks like those last 2 bills are pricey
Have you had a chance to buy either one or seen them?
