I did finally find something that showed the die axis. All the photos online are misleading as they show each side as if they were not 180 degrees to each other.

Hello I inherited a bunch of old coins and one of them is an 1896 Canadian 5 cents coin that has what I believe is a 180 degree rotated die error. It also unfortunately has a hole punched in it. As you can see from the attached photo the hole is at the top of one side and at the bottom of the other....
