Can you post a photo or scan of it? Are you sure that there is no H under the date? Maybe it's worn off. I have been collecting Victoria Large Cent varieties for 30 years and never seen one.

The photo is way too small to get any indication as to the grade. Just take a look at the details in the crown to see if there is any wear. If there is any wear there, it's not MS.

Definately an 1859/8 .. or "wide 9 over 8 as it's sometimes called. It has been cleaned and has some pits that appear to be corrosion pits (but maybe just dings) on the obverse. I wouldn't spend the $20-$25 to have it certified... it's easy to see it's a 9/8.
